چکیده
In this paper, studied was the melting of W powder particles in plasma, their behavior at oxidation as well mechanism hardening on surface substrate. Tungsten coating layers were deposited with vacuum plasma spray technology (VPS) test specimens steel Č.4171 (X15Cr13 EN10027). VPS has advantages over APS due to decreased melted particles, by producing a controlled proportion micro pores and greater uniformity layers. Evaluation mechanical characteristics done examining microhardness using HV0.3 method tensile bond strength testing. The microstructures analyzed means optical microscopy (OM) scanning electron (SEM). results obtained showed that tungsten consisted interconnected overlapping, which shows typical lamellar microstructure. Present microstructure are very small inter-lamellar boundaries. Tests have shown inert gas shielding low pressure good properties microstructure, fully enables its use exploitation.

متن کاملMorphological, structural and photoresponse characterization of ZnO nanostructure films deposited on plasma etched silicon substrates
ZnO nanostructure films were deposited by radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering on etched silicon (100) substrates using dry Ar/SF6 plasma, at two etching times of 5 min and 30 min, and on non etched silicon surface. Energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) technique was employed to investigate the elements contents for etched substrates as well as ZnO films, where it is found to be stoichiometric. Su...
